WHO WE ARE
Albany Tomorrow, Inc. (ATI) is a business-based nonprofit corporation founded by community leaders to serve as the implementer of the Albany Downtown Riverfront Master Plan as a public private partnership. Created in the aftermath of the Flood of “94, the $210,000,000 Albany Downtown Riverfront Master Plan is a “blueprint” for a grand revitalization effort that calls for the creation of a new mix of economic, educational and cultural activities in Downtown Albany, Georgia.

WHAT ATI DOES

• Provides a vehicle to recreate the heart of Albany thus providing citizens an environment in which to work, live, learn, and be entertained.
• Provides a vehicle to successfully work with developers, vendors, and architects.
• Puts structures “on the map” and creates opportunities.
• Pulls public and private sectors together for the betterment of Downtown Albany.
• Builds “links” to connect Downtown Albany to the rest of Albany.
• Our mission is to implement the ALBANY DOWNTOWN RIVERFRONT MASTERPLAN.
